Deck overview

Gonti, Night Minister is a mono-black theft-and-reanimation deck with a compact infinite finish. The primary plan is to assemble Bloodchief Ascension and Mindcrank, charging Bloodchief with combat or Syr Konrad triggers until it becomes active; once active, any life loss mills every opponent's library and drains them. The commander provides the usual 3-damage attacker to charge the enchantment and generates Treasures whenever the deck casts stolen spells. Secondary lines use Mesmeric Orb, Breach the Multiverse, and graveyard tutors to fill yards, then reanimate Ulamog, Valgavoth, or Ancient Brass Dragon. The deck is not especially fast, but its tutors and draw package find the combo while the reanimation suite keeps the game winnable without it.
