Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is an Izzet spellslinger deck helmed by Alania, Divergent Storm, built to copy instant and sorcery spells while generating incremental value through damage triggers and token creation. The primary game plan is to deploy a damage engine like Guttersnipe or Thunderdrum Soloist, then chain multiple instant/sorcery spells each turn, leveraging Alania's copy ability to double the impact. The deck also creates Otter and Elemental tokens to apply combat pressure, and uses a handful of rituals (Rapturous Moment, Seething Song) to fuel explosive turns. A secondary path involves Kitsa, Otterball Elite and Twinning Staff to copy key spells, while Daring Waverider and Wisdom of Ages provide recursion. There are no infinite combos; victory is achieved through sustained burn and token beats.
