Deck overview

This is a lean Izzet storm deck built around Vivi Ornitier as a command-zone accelerant. The plan is to spend the early turns deploying cantrips, rituals, and mana pieces, then use Vivi's power-based mana ability and ping trigger to fuel a single explosive noncreature-spell turn. The deck wins primarily through three interlocking combo families: Twinflame/Dualcaster Mage infinite haste tokens, Isochron Scepter/Dramatic Reversal infinite mana and storm, and Underworld Breach/Brain Freeze/Grapeshot graveyard loops. Past in Flames grants a second mass-recursion wave, while Prismari, the Inspiration can turn a modest storm count into a one-sided copy storm. Vivi is not a required combo piece, but her low cost, counter growth, and per-spell damage meaningfully accelerate the kill window.
