Deck overview

Ranar the Ever-Watchful helms an Azorius "foretell + blink" value deck that converts every exile trigger into a 1/1 flying Spirit. The early game develops mana and cheap draw; once Ranar is on the battlefield, foretelling a card each turn is free, and every Soulherder end step, Abuelo, Ancestral Echo activation, or Brago, King Eternal combat trigger exiles and returns permanents, doubling as protection and token generation. The deck wins by turning that Spirit army into a real clock with Empyrean Eagle, Drogskol Captain, and Thunderclap Wyvern, or by setting up a huge foretold Starnheim Unleashed to create an army of Angels. A repeatable Ghostly Flicker/Archaeomancer loop can generate arbitrary numbers of tokens if Sol Ring is available. This is a patient, interaction-heavy midrange deck that trades raw speed for recursive value and inevitability.
