Deck overview

Mirko, Obsessive Theorist is a surveil-reanimator engine: every surveil trigger grows him, and at end step he returns a small creature from the graveyard with a finality counter. The primary plan is to chain surveil effects (Unshakable Tail, Case of the Shifting Visage, Nightveil Sprite, Doom Whisperer) to fill the graveyard, grow Mirko into a flying commander-damage threat, and reanimate value creatures each turn. Secondary paths are Syr Konrad drain from milling creature cards, token copying via Twilight Diviner and Case, and mass reanimation with Rise of the Dark Realms. There is no true hidden commander; Syr Konrad is a powerful payoff but not the deck's focus.
