Deck overview

This deck pairs Sarevok, Deathbringer with the Background Noble Heritage to create an aggressive Orzhov Voltron strategy with aristocrat subthemes. Noble Heritage enters early to continuously buff Sarevok with two +1/+1 counters every upkeep, turning him into a fast-scaling commander threat that hits for lethal commander damage within three to four hits. Simultaneously, Sarevok imposes a punitive tax on opponents: any player who does not have a permanent leave the battlefield during their turn takes life loss equal to Sarevok's growing power. The rest of the deck contains sacrifice fodder, sacrificial outlets, and single-target removal to trigger Sarevok reliably while clearing blockers. Because the primary win condition relies entirely on combat damage across several turn cycles without countermagic protection, the deck excels in casual slugfest environments but requires careful management of removal and commander protection against focused interaction.
