Deck overview

This deck is a mono-red Dragon tribal deck commanded by Lathliss, Dragon Queen. The primary strategy focuses on deploying cost reducers and mana rocks on Turns 1 through 4 to cast Lathliss on Turn 5. Once the commander is established, casting subsequent Dragon spells creates 5/5 flying Dragon tokens, multiplying power and activating direct-damage synergies like Dragon Tempest and Scourge of Valkas. The deck leverages massive aerial combat, firebreathing effects, and burst damage from finishers like Terror of Mount Velus and Utvara Hellkite to defeat opponents over consecutive combat steps. While it possesses tremendous offensive momentum and resilient top-end redundancy, its high mana curve and vulnerability to sweepers require careful pacing against removal-heavy pods.
