Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai Flash-Tempo list commanded by Maralen, Fae Ascendant, blending Faerie and Elf tribal synergies with instant-speed interaction and opponent card theft. The deck accelerates through early ramp like Llanowar Elves and Arcane Signet to deploy Maralen by Turn 4. Once assembled, every Elf or Faerie entering the battlefield exiles cards from opponents' libraries, providing free spells each turn cycle. Flash enablers such as High Fae Trickster and token engines like Faebloom Trick and Oona, Queen of the Fae maximize these triggers on opposing turns. The primary win condition relies on accumulating wide evasive flying pressure buffed by Glen Elendra Liege and supplemented by life drain from Obyra, Dreaming Duelist. While resilient against single-target interaction through flash sequencing and tools like Selfless Safewright, the deck remains susceptible to creature sweepers due to its reliance on creature-dense board states to scale Maralen's casting threshold.
