Commander: Sen Triplets

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Esper control/stax deck, helmed by Sen Triplets, combines oppressive tax effects and lock pieces with a compact two-card combo finish. The primary game plan is to slow the table with pieces like Drannith Magistrate, Archon of Absolution, and Koskun Falls, while the commander provides card advantage by stealing opponents' spells. The actual win condition is the Demonic Consultation + Thassa's Oracle combo, which can sometimes be assembled as early as turn 2 but more often lands in the mid-game. The deck also includes a Knowledge Pool + Drannith Magistrate lock that functionally shuts opponents out. Backup plans involve Omniscience or Rise and Shine to turn mana rocks into attackers, but these are slower and less reliable.
