Deck overview

This deck is a aggressive Boros artifact strategy led by Alibou, Ancient Witness. It focuses on curving out with mana rocks and low-cost artifact creatures, deploying Alibou on Turn 4, and granting immediate haste to the team. Each combat step turns tapped artifacts—including lands, mana rocks, and attackers—into direct burn damage and massive scry triggers. The deck scales pressure through token generators like Thousand Moons Smithy and Anim Pakal, Thousandth Moon, alongside high-end artifact finishers like Myr Battlesphere and Blightsteel Colossus. Damage-multiplying effects such as Roaming Throne and Windcrag Siege turn Alibou's attack triggers into lethal burn that closes games by Turn 7. Defensive pieces like Bronze Guardian and Cryptothrall protect the board from targeted removal, while asymmetric board wipes like Organic Extinction clear opposing blockers without touching your army.
