Deck overview

This Nekusar, the Mindrazer deck executes a Wheels and Group Slug strategy designed to turn symmetrical card draw into lethal burn. The early game establishes fast mana through two-mana rocks and cost reducers to deploy Nekusar on Turn 4. Once Nekusar or secondary punishers like Sheoldred, the Apocalypse and Underworld Dreams are in play, the deck chains symmetrical draw and discard spells like Wheel of Fortune, Windfall, and Dark Deal on Turns 5 and 6. These wheels deal massive chunks of 7 to 21 damage to each opponent per cast while continuously refilling your own hand. Free protection spells like Fierce Guardianship and Deflecting Swat defend the board while the deck burns the entire table down in one to two turn cycles.
