Deck overview

Galadriel, Light of Valinor leads an elf-ball deck that converts a wide board of Elves into mana, cards, and +1/+1 counters. The primary plan is to cast Galadriel early, use her Alliance triggers (especially {G}{G}{G}) to chain additional Elves, then explode with token spells such as Elvish Promenade and finish with Triumph of the Hordes, Akroma's Will, or Overwhelming Stampede. Secondary lines are low-to-the-ground Elf lords and counter synergies (Tribute to the World Tree, Cathars' Crusade, Branching Evolution) that turn ordinary attacks lethal. Galadriel is both draw engine and mana engine; the deck is built to use her face. No hidden commander exists; every other Elf supports her.
