Deck overview

This deck is an Orzhov Vampire tribal aristocrats build led by Clavileño, First of the Blessed. The strategy starts with low-cost Vampires on turns one and two, followed by deploying Clavileño on turn three to immediately attack and designate attackers as Demons. When these modified creatures die in combat or to sacrifice outlets like Bartolomé del Presidio and Viscera Seer, they replace themselves by drawing cards and producing 4/3 flying Vampire Demon tokens. By turns five and six, this flying army combines with drain multipliers such as Bloodletter of Aclazotz, Sanctum Seeker, and Mirkwood Bats to eliminate opponents through chunk combat damage and life-drain triggers. The list also includes the two-card combo of Exquisite Blood with Sanguine Bond or Bloodthirsty Conqueror as an alternate finish. Robust single-target removal and one-sided sweepers like Olivia's Wrath keep opposing boards clear while your engine builds lethal momentum.
