Deck overview

This mono-red list leverages Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer to establish early tempo, generating Treasure tokens and stealing cards from opposing libraries starting on Turn 2. The deck compounds this mana velocity with potent token multipliers like Xorn, Academy Manufactor, and Goldspan Dragon. As the Treasure stockpile expands, engines like Professional Face-Breaker and Magda, Brazen Outlaw turn temporary resources into continuous card access and high-value threats. The deck closes games around Turn 8 through large flying threats like Smaug the Magnificent, mass theft with Insurrection, or the alternate win condition of Hellkite Tyrant. While highly explosive and capable of recovering quickly from targeted removal, the list remains vulnerable to wide artifact board wipes and lacks clean answers to resolved enchantments.
