Kotori, Pilot Prodigy gives every Vehicle crew 2, so the primary plan is to build a critical mass of pilots and Vehicles, then win through repeated evasive combat damage. Shorikai, Genesis Engine is the de facto hidden commander: it draws, discards, and creates pilot tokens that make crewing trivial. Secondary paths include Urza's artifact-mana and Construct generation, plus Cyberdrive Awakener animating every artifact into a flying army for a one-turn kill. Kotori's combat trigger adds lifelink and vigilance to keep the board stable while attacking. The deck has no fast infinite finish and wins through incremental Vehicle pressure, with Parhelion II and Reaver Titan providing inevitability.
