Deck overview

Sultai aura/equipment voltron built around Kotis, the Fangkeeper. Kotis is the primary engine: he is made unblockable, pumped with auras and equipment, and his combat-damage trigger exiles the top X cards of the opponent's library, letting the deck cast spells with mana value X or less for free. An enchantress package (Enchantress's Presence, Setessan Champion, Eidolon of Blossoms) refills the hand and feeds Ancestral Mask. Felix Five-Boots doubles the combat triggers, Gonti, Canny Acquisitor adds extra exile-theft value, and Maralen plus Opposition Agent forms a draw/search-hate engine. The deck is not a Kotis DFC or hidden-commander build; Kotis is the payoff.
