Deck overview

This deck harnesses the tap and untap mechanics of Tui and La, Moon and Ocean to generate vast card advantage and explosive combo finishes. In the early turns, the deck establishes mana rocks and utility creatures that can tap and untap permanents. Once the commander enters the battlefield, every tap draws a card and every untap adds a +1/+1 counter, turning routine combat and mana abilities into a compounding engine. The primary win condition combines Tui and La, Moon and Ocean with Paradise Mantle and an untap aura like Freed from the Real or Pemmin's Aura to draw the entire library in a single turn. The deck finishes the game immediately with Laboratory Maniac or life drain from Psychosis Crawler. A dense suite of countermagic, instant-speed hexproof spells, and creature bounce protects the setup while disrupting opposing game plans.
