Deck overview

This is an Esper shadow-tribal tempo deck built around Lyna, Veil of Vengeance, using the shadow mechanic to create nearly unblockable attackers. The primary game plan is to deploy cheap shadow creatures, attack to trigger Lyna's card-draw, then use ninjutsu to convert those unblocked attackers into high-value ninjas like Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow and Fallen Shinobi. The deck generates overwhelming card advantage through combat-damage triggers, treasures from Grim Hireling and Prosperous Thief, and graveyard theft from Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni and The Weaver King. It wins through incremental combat damage, Yuriko's life-loss drain, and the occasional burst from Hatred or True Conviction. The deck is resilient, grindy, and rewards careful sequencing.
