Ur Dragon by user8924397

Format: Commander

Commander: The Ur-Dragon

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck leverages The Ur-Dragon to command an aerial armada of powerful Dragons across all five colors. Eminence reduces the casting cost of every Dragon spell from the start of the game, letting you ramp smoothly into formidable threats like Thunderbreak Regent, Rith, Liberated Primeval, and Wrathful Red Dragon. Early turns focus on establishing mana fixing through artifacts like Carnelian Orb of Dragonkind and planeswalkers like Sarkhan, Fireblood. The deck wins by overwhelming opponents through sustained aerial combat, cheating massive permanents onto the battlefield with The Ur-Dragon's combat trigger, or securing an alternate win condition with Call the Spirit Dragons.
