Deck overview

This deck is a mono-black Zombie tribal and aristocrats strategy led by Ghoulcaller Gisa. The primary game plan accelerates mana in the early turns using rocks and Swamps, establishes recurring Zombie fodder like Gravecrawler and Cryptbreaker, and casts Gisa. Once active, Gisa sacrifices high-power creatures to create a massive wave of 2/2 Zombie tokens. The deck turns this token swarm into victory either through wide combat attacks buffed by lords like Undead Warchief and Death Baron, or through life drain engines such as Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Ayara, First of Locthwain, and Vengeful Dead. Asymmetric creature control from Noxious Ghoul and Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet clears opposing boards while your ranks expand. Although the deck lacks instant-speed stack protection and is vulnerable to exile sweepers, its dense graveyard recursion and explosive mana engines provide consistent mid-game momentum and high resilience against standard attrition.
