Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered Esper combo-control list built around Queza, Augur of Agonies and Lich's Mastery. The primary game plan uses fast mana, low-curve card engines (Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora, The One Ring), and unconditional tutors to assemble Queza alongside Lich's Mastery by Turn 4. Once both pieces are on the board, any card draw initiates an unbroken trigger loop: Queza drains an opponent and gains life, which Lich's Mastery converts into another card draw, drawing through the entire library. The deck then casts zero-mana artifacts and rituals to deploy Aetherflux Reservoir, gaining enough life to eliminate all three opponents in the same turn. Backed by premier free countermagic, versatile single-mana removal, and proactive silence creatures like Grand Abolisher and Ranger-Captain of Eos, the list defends its combo turn while actively contesting opposing competitive strategies.
