Astaxa by Beckham

Format: Commander

Commander: Atraxa, Praetors' Voice

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck uses Atraxa, Praetors Voice to control the battlefield through a combination of stun counters and poison. The primary game plan is to infect every opponent with at least one poison counter early, then use Atraxa and auxiliary proliferate engines to steadily tick those counters up to ten. In parallel, the deck deploys a wide array of creatures and spells that place stun counters on opposing threats, locking down enemy commanders and attackers indefinitely through repeated proliferate triggers. Secondary win lines include explosive loyalty spikes with Vraska, Betrayals Sting or lethal infect combat via Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon and Vishgraz, the Doomhive.
