EEEVVVILLLLL by SageRageMage

Format: Commander

Commander: Baron Strucker, HYDRA Overlord

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This mono-black Villain tribal deck helmed by Baron Strucker, HYDRA Overlord aims to flood the board with 2/1 black Villain tokens with menace while benefiting from cost reduction and connive triggers. The commander shaves {1} off each Villain spell and lets each new Villain enter and connive (filtering draws and growing threats). The deck leans heavily on reusable token generation from Endless Ranks of HYDRA, Crimson Cowl, Master of Evil, and Madame Masque, supported by a robust reanimation package including Reanimate, Animate Dead, and Thunderbolts Conspiracy. Win conditions are almost entirely combat-based - overwhelming opponents with evasive menace creatures, augmented by occasional large bodies like Doctor Doom and Venom, Eddie Brock. There are no infinite combos; victory comes through incremental value and sustained board presence.
