Deck overview

This deck is a five-color legendary toolbox strategy led by Sisay, Weatherlight Captain. It accelerates mana in the opening turns using mana dorks, land-fetching sorceries, and utility rocks to establish all five colors by Turn 4. Once Sisay is active, the command zone provides reliable access to any legendary permanent in the 99. The deck can adapt to opposing threats by tutoring silver bullets such as Drana and Linvala to silence creature abilities, Shalai, Voice of Plenty to protect the board, or Urza's Ruinous Blast to exile all nonlegendary permanents. The primary win condition uses Sisay to assemble Faeburrow Elder, Derevi, Empyrial Tactician, and Emiel the Blessed. Blinking Derevi repeatedly produces infinite mana of all colors, allowing Sisay to put all remaining legendary permanents onto the battlefield. Legacy Weapon then exiles every opposing permanent, sealing an immediate total lockout.
