Loki, Lord of "I Swear I Have a Land"

Format: Commander

Commander: Loki, Lord of Misrule

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Loki, Lord of Misrule is a mono-blue draw-and-token engine. The primary plan is to use cheap cantrips and draw spells to trigger token producers such as Homunculus Horde, Talrand, Sky Summoner, and Alandra, Sky Dreamer, building a wide board, then activate Loki in the first main phase to turn every creature into copies of a chosen payoff, usually Attuma for Merfolk pumping or Homunculus Horde for more copies. Secondary paths include Psychosis Crawler life loss, The Mindskinner mill pressure, and a Dino DNA/Great Whale mana engine. Loki is the key force multiplier; without him the deck still functions as a blue value/tempo list, but the lethal swarm arrives later.
