Commander: Octavia, Living Thesis

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-blue spellslinger deck leverages low-mana cantrips and looting to quickly fill the graveyard with eight or more instant and sorcery cards. Once the threshold is met, the deck casts Octavia, Living Thesis for just two blue mana. Octavia turns small, evasive utility creatures and unblockable attackers into formidable 8/8 threats whenever an instant or sorcery is cast or copied. The primary win condition is closing out games through massive combat damage using unblockable threats like Shoreline Looter and Looter il-Kor, while high-synergy creatures like Giggling Skitterspike deal direct damage to the entire table when targeted.
