Fire Lord Azula, Redone Deck by user2198340

Format: Commander

Commander: Fire Lord Azula

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Grixis spellslinger deck is built to exploit Fire Lord Azula's copy ability while she attacks. The primary plan is to generate enormous red mana from her firebending trigger (and other firebending creatures) and then copy game-ending burn spells like Comet Storm or Crackle with Power multiple times via Twinning Staff, Narset's Reversal, and the commander's own trigger. A secondary combo line uses Underworld Breach with Storm-Kiln Artist and a ritual to produce infinite mana and storm, finishing with a copied X-damage spell or Ashling, Flame Dancer triggers. The deck packs a tight instant-speed interaction suite and solid card selection to find its pieces, but it relies heavily on Azula staying on the battlefield for its explosive mana bursts and copy chains.
