Deck overview

This deck is a Simic +1/+1 counters and stompy archetype commanded by Primo, the Unbounded. The strategy leverages creatures with base power 0—specifically Primo itself, Fractal tokens, and 10 copies of Slime Against Humanity—to trigger Primo's ability whenever they deal combat damage to a player, generating a new Fractal token with +1/+1 counters equal to the damage dealt. Backed by counter doublers such as Branching Evolution, Doubling Season, and Deepglow Skate, each combat connection exponentially doubles the board's offensive presence. A dense ramp package of 1-2 CMC spells guarantees early deployment of threats by Turn 4. Evasion enablers like Herald of Secret Streams, Champion of Lambholt, and Garruk's Uprising ensure attacks connect reliably through blockers, culminating in a lethal multi-opponent overrun by Turn 7.
