Deck overview

This deck is a Gruul midrange strategy led by Migloz, Maze Crusher, focusing on synergies between oil counters, +1/+1 counters, and the proliferate mechanic. The early game establishes acceleration using low-cost mana dorks and rocks like Wild Growth and Arcane Signet. Migloz provides an efficient, versatile body that enters with five oil counters, offering immediate combat pressure, evasion, and repeatable utility removal against opposing artifacts and enchantments. Mid-game turns scale the board through proliferators like Bloom Hulk and engines such as Urabrask's Forge and Defiler of Vigor. Direct burn from All Will Be One and mass combat overruns from Return of the Wildspeaker or Hazardous Blast convert counter accumulation into rapid player eliminations. The deck plays a fair, creature-centric game with solid threat density and recovery, but is limited by an absence of tutors and light instant-speed interaction.
