Deck overview

This deck is an Esper enchantment control shell commanded by Aminatou, Veil Piercer. The central strategy revolves around exploiting Aminatou's upkeep surveil 2 ability to curate the top of the library, allowing powerful, high-mana enchantments to be cast for their miracle cost at a substantial {4} generic mana discount. The early game focuses on setting up colored mana and deploying topdeck manipulation tools like Brainstorm and Ponder. Once Aminatou lands on Turn 3 or 4, she cheats expensive engines such as Sigil of the Empty Throne, Shark Typhoon, or One with the Multiverse ahead of curve. The mid-to-late game secures the board using pillowfort attack taxes like Sphere of Safety and Ghostly Prison, while sweeping enemy boards with miraculous wipes like Terminus. The deck wins through accumulated aerial pressure from Angel and Shark tokens over multiple combat steps.
