Commander: The Muckslinger Gang

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

The Muckslinger Gang is a Gruul-stompy deck with a black splash that wants to reach power 4 or greater early and then make every mana dork a mana battery. The commander mostly sits back: while it doesn't attack, it turns other creatures into 4+ power blockers and dorks and pumps creature spells/cards in other zones, accelerating ferocious and draw triggers. The primary plan is ramping into huge trampling threats (Ghalta, Gruff Triplets, Vaultborn Tyrant) and finishing with combat tricks such as Temur Battle Rage and The Skullspore Nexus. Secondary lines use Dragonhawk, Leafkin Avenger, or Sarkhan's Unsealing for reach. Raggadragga effectively acts as a hidden commander, since the deck's mana-ability creatures get +2/+2 and untap on attack.
