Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos spellslinger and storm deck centered on Kuja, Genome Sorcerer. The strategy focuses on deploying low-cost Wizard tokens and noncreature pingers, then chaining inexpensive cantrips, rituals, and impulse draw spells to deal direct damage to all opponents simultaneously. Once four Wizards are in play, Kuja transforms into Trance Kuja, Fate Defied, doubling all Wizard damage and dramatically accelerating the clock. Mana engines such as Birgi, God of Storytelling and Storm-Kiln Artist turn each one-mana cantrip mana-neutral or mana-positive, while Underworld Breach, Past in Flames, and Bolas's Citadel provide the recursion needed to burn the entire table in a single decisive turn. The deck features strong functional redundancy among its pingers and velocity spells, maintaining steady momentum even if Kuja is answered.
