Deck overview

Teval, the Balanced Scale leads a Sultai self-mill graveyard deck that turns the yard into a resource engine. The commander attacks to mill 3 and recur a land, then rewards every card leaving the graveyard with a 2/2 Zombie Druid token. The primary plan is to fill the graveyard aggressively, then either win through infinite loops (Gravecrawler + Phyrexian Altar + any Zombie + Syr Konrad, the Grim) or by sacrificing a massive Lord of Extinction to Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord for lethal burn. Muldrotha, the Gravetide and Living Death provide heavy recursion, while Insidious Roots turns tokens into mana and grows them with each leave-the-graveyard trigger. The deck is a grindy value engine that can pivot to a fast combo win once the pieces are in the yard.
