Commander: Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER // Sephiroth, One-Winged Angel

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This mono-black aristocrats deck harnesses Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER to grind card advantage and drain life totals before transforming into Sephiroth, One-Winged Angel. Sacrificing four creatures in a single turn unlocks an emblem that permanently drains opponents whenever any creature dies. The deck wins primarily through infinite sacrifice loops featuring Gravecrawler or Forsaken Miner paired with sacrifice engines like Phyrexian Altar or Warren Soultrader. These loops translate into lethal life drain via Zulaport Cutthroat, Blood Artist, or Sephiroth himself. A secondary combo line leverages Bloodchief Ascension alongside Mindcrank to mill libraries and drain opponents out completely.
