Deck overview

This Sultai kindred deck pairs Elves and Faeries to create a high-tempo midrange engine under Maralen, Fae Ascendant. Early turns focus on mana acceleration with dorks like Llanowar Elves and Priest of Titania alongside efficient utility creatures. Once Maralen enters, every Elf and Faerie entering the battlefield exiles cards from opposing libraries and allows free casting once each turn. The list capitalizes on flash creatures such as Obyra, Dreaming Duelist and Glen Elendra Guardian to trigger Maralen and card draw engines like Nymris, Oona's Trickster on opponents' turns. Win conditions center on scaling combat damage through Ezuri, Claw of Progress, token swarms from Alela, Cunning Conqueror, and pump spells like Root Manipulation. Rich countermagic and removal offer resilient protection while disrupting opposing strategies.
