Deck overview

This deck is a Simic Big Mana strategy commanded by Kruphix, God of Horizons. The primary game plan accelerates mana development during the opening turns using efficient mana dorks and rocks, casting Kruphix on Turn 4. Once Kruphix is established, the deck exploits its ability to store unspent mana as colorless mana across phases and turns, greatly amplified by untap engines such as Seedborn Muse and Wilderness Reclamation. This accumulated mana fuels decisive X-cost sorceries, most notably Finale of Devastation for X>=10 fetching Craterhoof Behemoth to overwhelm all opponents in a single combat step on Turn 6. The deck also contains a compact infinite mana combo with Devoted Druid and Luxior, Giada's Gift. It defends its setup using robust free counterspells like Force of Will and Fierce Guardianship, wide protection like Heroic Intervention, and draws through its library using scalable card draw spells like Blue Sun's Zenith.
