Deck overview

This mono-blue artifact deck uses Geist of Saint Thalia to accelerate noncreature spells, rapidly deploying a dense network of cheap mana rocks, cantrip artifacts, and cost reducers. The strategy establishes an operational engine around Turn 4, chaining low-cost spells to draw cards and accumulate a wide board of noncreature artifacts. Between Turns 6 and 8, the deck converts these utility permanents into lethal flying threats using mass-animation spells like Rise and Shine and Cyberdrive Awakener, or assembles high-storm turns with Aetherflux Reservoir. Backed by efficient blue countermagic and targeted removal, the deck defends its board development while disrupting high-priority opposing threats. While it lacks heavy stax pieces and instant-speed tutors, its high redundancy, graveyard recursion via Emry, Lurker of the Loch and Academy Ruins, and strong card velocity provide resilient mid-game momentum.
