Ketramose Flicker Focus by pastafati

Format: Commander

Commander: Ketramose, the New Dawn

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is an Orzhov exile-value midrange deck helmed by Ketramose, the New Dawn. The plan is to continuously exile cards from graveyards and the battlefield (via a dense blink package and dedicated graveyard processors) to fuel Ketramose's draw trigger, enable his attack clause, and snowball card advantage while draining life through extort, devotion, and lifelink. Primary wins are a second cast of Approach of the Second Sun once the draw engine is online, infinite blink loops anchored by Felidar Guardian and end-step/ETB blinkers, and overwhelming combat via Cathars' Crusade, Moonshaker Cavalry, and token makers such as Preston, the Vanisher and Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward. Ketramose is the central card-advantage engine rather than a hard combo piece; the 99 still functions as a blink-value and Approach deck without him, but loses its primary refill.
