Deck overview

This mono-red aggressive deck is commanded by Kratos, God of War, who provides global haste, double strike, and an end-step burn trigger that punishes players for leaving creatures untapped. The strategy accelerates out of the command zone on Turn 3, immediately applying combat pressure. From Turn 4 onward, the deck deploys damage multipliers like Fiery Emancipation, Dictate of the Twin Gods, and Fiendish Duo, alongside extra-combat threats like Combat Celebrant. In addition to direct combat damage, the deck leverages forced combat mechanics through cards like Puppet Master, String Puller, Vengeful Ancestor, and Maximum Carnage to break open defensive board states and compel opponents to attack each other. Interaction focuses on cheap red disruption, redirection, and artifact removal, allowing the deck to maintain its rapid tempo and close out games by Turn 7.
