Deck overview

This deck is an Azorius Spirit tribal aggro-control deck led by Millicent, Restless Revenant. The game plan focuses on casting efficient, evasive Spirits in the opening turns to reduce Millicent's casting cost through her affinity ability. Once Millicent enters the battlefield, attacking with nontoken Spirits generates a self-replenishing swarm of flying Spirit tokens. The deck supports this aggressive clock with a dense package of free countermagic, tactical stax pieces, and tribal protection effects like Selfless Spirit and Drogskol Captain. Opponents face severe pressure from flying attackers while struggling to resolve high-impact spells through cards like Eidolon of Rhetoric and Force of Will. The deck finishes games by overwhelming the table with combat damage boosted by tribal lords, Drogskol Reinforcements, or an overloaded Cyclonic Rift and Akroma's Will.
