Commander: Chief of the Wilds

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Golgari deck harnesses Chief of the Wilds to lead a ferocious Wolf pack, doubling triggered abilities from Wolves and battles to build overwhelming battlefield value. The primary strategy focuses on deploying resilient Wolf generators such as Hollowhenge Overlord, Master of the Wild Hunt, and Nightpack Ambusher. As your board expands, Chief of the Wilds grows into a massive menace threat while doubling token and entry triggers. You secure victory through explosive team-wide combat buffs like Overwhelming Stampede and Beastmaster Ascension, or through passive life drain using Mirkwood Bats and Zulaport Cutthroat when your pack swarms the table.
