Deck overview

This deck is commanded by Kros, Defense Contractor, utilizing a specialized political control strategy centered on distributing counters to opponents' creatures. Whenever Kros places counters on opposing threats, it taps and goads them, deflecting incoming attacks toward other players. The deck supplements this forced combat with defensive stax and pillowfort effects like Ghostly Prison, Propaganda, and Nils, Discipline Enforcer, ensuring opponents have no viable attacks against you. While opponents exhaust their life totals and removal on one another, the deck steadily proliferates counters and accumulates resources. It transitions into the endgame through powerful alternate win conditions such as Simic Ascendancy, Azor's Elocutors, and Approach of the Second Sun, or by unleashing massive combat threats like Sin, Unending Cataclysm and Perrie, the Pulverizer. The strategy thrives on multiplayer politics and asymmetric combat management.
