Deck overview

This deck is a Jeskai spellslinger strategy commanded by Shiko and Narset, Unified. It maximizes the flurry mechanic by casting at least two spells each turn to copy high-impact targeted spells or draw cards. The deck leverages an efficient curve of one-mana cantrips, flexible removal, and cost-reducers to fuel potent magecraft and prowess payoffs. Win conditions center on swarming the board with tokens from Monastery Mentor, Third Path Iconoclast, and Young Pyromancer, boosted by Balmor, Battlemage Captain, while burning all opponents simultaneously with Guttersnipe and Fiery Inscription. The deck features high card draw velocity and resilient backup engines in the 99, allowing it to maintain a steady stream of spells and rebuild quickly after disruption.
