Format: Commander

Commander: Laughing Jasper Flint

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Laughing Jasper Flint is a black-red outlaws-and-theft engine. The primary plan is to build a wide outlaw count-Rogues, Warlocks, Mercenaries, and Assassins-so Jasper's upkeep exiles several cards from an opponent and the deck can cast them with any color of mana. Prosper, Tome-Bound acts as a hidden commander, adding Treasure and card flow to every exile cast. Secondary paths go taller: Unstoppable Slasher halves life totals, Vincent punishes repeated combat damage, and Fiery Emancipation or Warstorm Surge multiply the board's damage. Recurring/token pressure from Graywater's Fixer, At Knifepoint, and The Meathook Massacre keeps the table from stabilizing. It is a tempo-value deck that wins through repeated combat rather than a two-card loop.
