Deck overview

Evelyn, the Covetous gives this Vampire deck a repeatable source of extra cards from every library. The normal plan is to establish a Vampire, cast Evelyn, the Covetous around turn 5, and use the collected cards to supplement a black-mana development plan. Necropotence, Champion of Dusk, and Erebos, God of the Dead improve card flow, while Cabal Coffers, Crypt Ghast, and Nirkana Revenant support expensive spells. The deck’s pressure comes from Malakir Bloodwitch, Bloodline Keeper, Vampire Nocturnus, and Necropolis Regent. Its main weakness is that the credible kill requires a creature board and several attacks. Removal, sweepers, counterspells, and blockers can interrupt the plan, and the list lacks efficient stack interaction and compact combo finishes. It is a slower general-power tribal deck rather than a competitive Commander build.
