Deck overview

Helmed by Miles "Tails" Prower, this Azorius deck is a Vehicles-and-Artificers midrange build that wins through the air. Tails is a flash 3/1 who turns every Vehicle that enters the battlefield into either a card draw (if it flies) or a flyer (if it doesn't), making him the deck's permanent draw engine and its blanket evasion-granter. The 99 leans into that plan with cheap pilots, Vehicle tutors and discounts (Cid, Freeflier Pilot, Artificer Class), value engines (Thopter Spy Network, Cosima, God of the Voyage // The Omenkeel, Weatherlight), and a redundant battalion of seven Cid, Timeless Artificer copies acting as a scaling lord package. It closes games with endgame Vehicles - Reaver Titan's attack trigger burning every opponent for 5, Rolling Hamsphere's hamster-fueled burn - backed by the Supreme Verdict/Starfall Invocation/Elspeth, Sun's Champion sweeper suite. There are no infinite combos; this is an attrition-and-alpha-strike combat deck.
