Deck overview

This deck is a high-octane mono-red aggro and forced-combat deck commanded by Kratos, God of War. Kratos grants universal haste and deals end-step damage to any player who fails to attack, turning passive strategies into liabilities. The deck accelerates in the opening turns with efficient mana rocks, casts Kratos on Turn 3, and immediately begins applying combat pressure. It forces opponents into mutual destruction using powerful goad mechanics like Disrupt Decorum, Baeloth Barrityl, Entertainer, and Alexios, Deimos of Kosmos, while Uphill Battle ensures opposing blockers enter tapped. Damage multipliers such as Torbran, Thane of Red Fell and Gratuitous Violence, alongside damage sharers like Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar, turn Kratos's double strike into a rapid table-wide clock. While vulnerable to instant-speed creature removal and sweepers, the deck maintains high momentum through impulse card draw and resilient backup threats.
