Deck overview

This deck is an explosive Izzet Spellslinger Storm strategy commanded by Prismari, the Inspiration. By granting storm to every instant and sorcery spell you cast, Prismari turns modest cantrips, rituals, and burn spells into massive game-ending chains. The deck ramps on early turns using cost-reducing medallions, mana dorks, and artifacts before chaining rituals such as Jeska's Will, Seething Song, and Mana Geyser on Turns 4 to 5. Once Prismari or a Magecraft engine like Archmage Emeritus or Storm-Kiln Artist is active, each cast copies exponentially. The deck closes the game on the same turn via multiplied burn spells like Chandra's Ignition, Fiery Confluence, or pingers like Guttersnipe. A comprehensive suite of free and efficient countermagic—including Fierce Guardianship, Deflecting Swat, and Force of Will—defends the storm window, while Underworld Breach provides a resilient alternative victory route.
