CHATterfang by ReyW2P

Format: Commander

Commander: Chatterfang, Squirrel General

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a low-curve Golgari token-combo deck built around Chatterfang, Squirrel General's replacement effect. Nearly every token created - Clue, Food, Treasure, or Squirrel - brings an extra Squirrel, so engines like Gilded Goose, Black Market Connections, Experimental Confectioner, and Academy Manufactor quickly become Squirrel factories. The primary kill is an infinite sacrifice loop pairing Chatterfang with Warren Soultrader or with Pitiless Plunderer + Ashnod's Altar, finishing through a drain payoff such as Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Mirkwood Bats, or Marionette Apprentice. A secondary commanderless loop pairs Scurry Oak with Ivy Lane Denizen for infinite Squirrels, while Triumph of the Hordes and Beastmaster Ascension give a combat finish. The deck generates heavy card flow fromSkullclamp, Deadly Dispute, Plumb the Forbidden, and Toski, Bearer of Secrets, with Beseech the Mirror and Chord of Calling assembling the missing pieces.
