This deck is a high-power Jeskai spellslinger and artifact combo list commanded by Vraska, Soul of Stone. Vraska turns every noncreature spell into mana velocity and board presence by creating 1/1 Sculpture Treasure artifact creature tokens with vigilance. The deck leverages efficient mana rocks and dedicated artifact tutors to assemble the compact Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal infinite loop by Turn 4. With at least {2} mana generated from nonland permanents, the scepter generates infinite untaps, infinite mana, and infinite spell casts, which immediately triggers lethal burn through Vivi Ornitier, full deck exile via Urza, Lord High Artificer, or overwhelming card advantage.
